Connection is Key | Well Beings Workshop™

April 20 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Are you struggling with social anxiety or lack of social connection? Our connection to others begins with our connection to self.  We will explore together, among other things, the role that vulnerability and shame play in our connection to self and others.  Top psychology research states that humans are wired for social connection and it is, in fact, necessary for our survival. Our society has become more and more disconnected with the rise of technology and an increase in mental health related issues. Although the disconnection has increased, our need for connection remains the same. This Well Beings Workshop™ is designed for people to come together to break through their social anxiety, increase connection with others and improve their quality of life.
