Work Day at the Brick House

Please join us to help get the kids space at the Brick House ready for services! Sunday, September 20th from 9am-2pm, we will be painting, washing windows, moving boxes, and oh, did I mention painting? Set in Harlem in the early 1970s, this novel follows 19-year Tish and her 22-year-old boyfriend Fonny. After their engagement, Tish becomes pregnant. Be Still is a small to medium-sized group gathering that includes guided prayer, meditation, silence, and other short contemplative prayer practices. If you’re curious about these prayer practices, you can see some that Co-pastor Jenny has been offering online since Covid-19 began. Pre-registration opens on Sundays and closes the following Tuesdays. We’ll begin with 25 open spots for each gathering. Maximum of 25 adult participants at a time, plus our volunteer team.
