Well Beings Workshop – The Practice and Process of Forgiveness

Together we will explore some of what we’ve been taught about forgiveness-what it is and what it is not. We will discuss the challenges that sometimes come with forgiving prematurely, or not at all. This workshop is intended to provide both a safe and brave space to explore, and if necessary, begin the process of deconstructing what we’ve come to believe about forgiveness.
We will explore the wisdom that comes from the teachings of the 12-Steps, concerning resentment and the practice of forgiveness. Perhaps, with practice, it is possible to feel compassion, understanding, and love where we once experienced bitterness, resentment, and hatred. Workshop facilitated by Cindy Wells, MS, LPC.
